At Prosecco Pilates, we offer private group reformer Pilates sessions designed for both personal occasions and corporate wellbeing. Whether you're planning a birthday, bridal shower, or a relaxed catch-up with friends, our sessions provide a fun and memorable way to move together.
For businesses, we offer tailored classes that support team building, staff wellness, and client engagement, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Each booking includes exclusive use of the studio for up to 12 participants, a dedicated instructor, and the option to personalise your experience with music, themes, or post-class refreshments.
