    Blend Pilates principles with dynamic movements and targeted flows to improve fitness, strength, balance and stability. Think increased spring tension, multiple sets, and options for high intensity.

  • STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY

    Full body stretch workout to improve flexibility while working through some gentle mobility flows and light activations.

    Slower paced class suitable to all.
